Pricing

No hidden fees, no corporate contracts. We price fairly based on your lot size and distance.

  • Standard Subdivision Lots (Up to 1/4 Acre): Starting at $45 per service

  • Larger Lots (Over 1/4 Acre):+$20 per additional quarter-acre

Our base pricing covers any property within a 5-mile radius of our home base in Anderson. For properties further out, a small distance fee ($1.50/mile) is added to cover travel time.
